About
Hey, you can call me Desi, or Sapphsquatch-- whichever floats your boat. This isn't a personal 'about' section, but rather one to be informative about what will and won't be offered.I work a full time job in marketing, but as everything gets more expensive, I'm in need of financial buffers, so my commissions will open on the 1st of every month, with a goal of $400, and based on first come, first served, will close when I reach that goal to be finished out over the month.I will not be giving out my personal discord for tracking, but trello will house all important status updates on the commissions I've currently got on my plate.The goal is to have each piece done within the month, using primarily weekends to do the bulk of the work, but based on the depth of the commission, or time (e.g.; if taken at the end of the month) it may bleed into the next month.I am not a machine, I cannot produce instant gratification, but I do love art and I will do my best to be quick about it, for both our sakes.

Commissions
The Great Monthly Buffer is the commission special from here on out.

Full body color is a complete render, a bust is usually from the bustline up, usually artistically cropped not unlike my profile picture's original piece, and the sketch is the what the tin says, it's a sketch, typically full body, not fully rendered or clean, with points of emphasis based on character design.
terms of service
PAYMENT POLICY -
- Payment is rendered upfront.
- Payment plans are determined on a case by case basis.
- Ko-fi will be the main payment option.REFUND POLICY -
- There are no refunds once the piece has been started.
- Cancellations pre-work will be given a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued through the paypal invoice records.GENERAL -
- Displayed prices are a base and are subject to change based on commission complexity. This does not apply to specials as those have static pricing.
- Revision & approval stages are provided at key points (e.g.; sketch, lines, color.)
- Deadlines - if any - need to be included in the original commission form so I can accept or refuse the commission based on availability.
- Using discord DMs as a means to probe for updates on a daily basis is discouraged. Please use official avenues, such as email.COPYRIGHT & USAGE -I (the artist):
- Reserve the right to refuse any commission, with or without explanation, for any reason.
- Retain copyright over the artwork.
- Retain the right to display all commissioned work on any site used for my personal promotion.
- Retain the right to ignore probing DMs via discord, as it is clearly stated it is not an appropriate avenue for communication.
- Retain the right to recycle and use any preparatory works rejected by the Client in future work.
- Retain the right to reject any redline or critique I feel will negatively impact the piece in the long run.
- Retain the right to cut off revisions when it becomes excessive.You (the client):
- Cannot trace, copy or claim the artwork as your own.
- Cannot crop out the signature, or remove the watermark.
- May use the artwork as avatars, wallpapers etc, provided credit is given.
- Can use it for personal, non-profit use. You cannot profit from the piece in any way. For commercial use you must first have written agreement from me, the artist and pay the appropriate licensing fee to use the piece in any for profit work.

Use the below order form template to compose an email regarding your commission request. Replies may take up to a week to get back to, but will have reply.

Details: (Things like personality are as important as physical details.)
Claims: (Face claims, body claims, these help me take it from generic to unique. I never use them as a strict reference, but as a guide.)
Inspiration & Themes: (Not necessarily character art, but representative images, moodboards, etc.)Deadline: (This is optional, if you need it done by a certain time.)
Approval Stages: Yes/No. (Some people like to see the stages, some just want you to go buckwild and give them the finished product. Stage approvals may impact the turnaround if it takes a while to get approval, bear in mind.)
Handles: (Anywhere you follow me, i.e.; bluesky, twitter, tumblr, etc, so I can properly tag you in the final upload!)
Progress shots can be requested through the email conversation, and will be offered more regularly on larger pieces, as they tend to consume more time.
